I measure 1,75 and have 0 '85cm waist, size 40 pants, I asked for an M and it looks super good. It greatly defines the waist and reduces a trouser size. Very happy

It is as described it is very thick but what I ordered was XL which is a little slack at the top, if u are a 12- 14 it will be better to probably order size L. But the delivery was fast, it didn't even last up 2 weeks.
